MD-IN3 DOCUINSERTER   COLLATOR/FOLDER INSERTER SYSTEM

Duplo's Docuinserter is a versatile mailing system that delivers high-quality performance to meet inserting needs of brochures, newsletter, promotional material, reports, and other business mailings quickly and efficiently.  The DC-10 Collator operates in-line with an inserting system and optional folding module.  With its optional folding module, documents such as statements, invoices, letters, and more can be easily collated, folded and inserted into #10 or 6" x 9" envelopes in one pass.

MD-430 / MD-410 -Duplo's dynamic Docuinserter MD-430/MD-410 is the desktop folder inserter versatile and powerful enough for all mailing needs.  With the unique compact design and technologically enhanced features, the MD-430 folds, inserts, and seals at speeds of up to 1,620 mail pieces per hour, the MD-410 at 1,300 mail pieces per hour.  The 100-capacity BRE feed station with two other fully automatic folding stations of the MD-430 fold one or two sheets, insert the folded pieces in an envelope, conveniently add an insert, return envelope or reply card, and seal the envelope.  With simlar features as the MD-430, the MD-410 is an economical alternative mailing system.  It features one automatic and one semi-automatic station that perform complex mailing tasks at the touch of a button.

Bursters (models V760, V-740, V-350, S-5130):  Duplo's bursters trim, separate, and stack continous forms at speeds up to 400 feet per minute, which accelerates the handling of computer forms and enhances their final appearance.

DF-505N VERSATILE FOLDER

DF-520N Automatic-Setting Folder

Setting the standard for automatic folding, Duplo offers the ultimate in convenience and simplicity with the DF-520N automatic-setting folder.  With six popular folds pre-programmed and unlimited custom folds, accurate folding for a variety of applications is accessed at the touch of a button!  Two memory functions allow the user to pre-program specialized folds for future use, and the fold plates can be manually adjusted for any one-time fold.  In addition, the folder accepts paper in a wide range of popular sizes and weights.

BAR CODE READERS/SORTERS

Duplo's bar code readers automatically read and decode the bar code or OCR character and transmit the data into a computer.  The RS-670 has the ability to physically sort the documents into the appropriate bin.
