Tec Lighting is proud to present its Tec UV Roller Coater System The XtraCure. This system consists of an offline UV flood coater/UV dryer which offers the performance and capacity to apply a high gloss UV coating finish to a wide array of substrates.
The Supreme Series UV coater The XtraCure is designed as a hand fed coater but can be cusomized to an automatic fed system.
Our Durable design and state of the art engineering allows for years of optimal performance and reliability while offering reconfigurable stand mounts for maximum versatility.
- Offline hand fed UV roller coater
- Three roll coating system
- 11 Ft. and 14 Ft. standard UV conveyor lengths
- 300 watt per inch UV system
- High gloss finish on coated stocks
FEATURES
- Since the TEC UV coater system is a three roll flood coat design it has the ability to run a wide array of different substrates.
- Ideally the coater is desgned to run with coated stocks however other paper types can be accommodated by consulting our in-house coating specialist in the formulation of specific coatings.
- The unit is designed as a hand fed system but any feeder can be added with little to no modifications to the UV Coater. While running the unit hand-fed you can achieve speeds of up to 2,500 sheets per hour. When adapting a feeder the Maximum UV Coater speed is 6,000 sheets per hour.
